If you cancel more than 7 days before your scheduled consultation, you are eligible for a full refund of consultation fees, minus any processing fees.
If you cancel between 3-7 days before your scheduled consultation, you are eligible for a 50% refund of consultation fees, or you may reschedule to a later date at no additional charge.
If you cancel less than 3 days before your scheduled consultation, no refund is available. However, you may reschedule to a later date subject to availability and a rescheduling fee.
If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, no refund is available and rescheduling is subject to full consultation fee payment.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@zluzarinstdhikea.world.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for booking.
Once a consultation has been completed and documentation has been provided, no refunds are available. Consultations are service-based and cannot be returned.

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases of medical emergency, family emergency, or other significant events, we will review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer more flexible terms.

If a consultation is interrupted or cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond either party's control, we will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution. This may include rescheduling, partial refund, or completion of the consultation at a later date.

If a consultation was purchased as a gift, cancellation and refund policies apply to the original purchaser. Gift recipients should coordinate with the purchaser for any cancellation or rescheduling requests.
Gift consultations are subject to the same terms and conditions as regular consultations, including expiration dates if applicable.
